Mylucky Terms and Conditions – Official Platform Usage Rules

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and mylucky ("Platform", "we" or "company"). These Terms govern your access to and use of all services, games, content and features provided through the platform mylucky on the mylucky.vu website and all associated subdomains.

By registering an account, making a deposit, participating in any game or promotion, or simply browsing our platform, you automatically agree to comply with these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please cease using the platform immediately.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account only at mylucky. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation that may result in all associated accounts being closed and account balances withheld pending investigation.

During registration, you are responsible for:

• Choosing a strong password and keeping it confidential. mylucky will not be held liable for any losses resulting from a password shared or leaked by the user themselves.
• Notify mylucky immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
• Updating your personal information should any changes occur, especially your phone number and email address.

mylucky supports a variety of local Malaysian payment methods including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, ShopeePay, debit cards, and cryptocurrency. All deposits and withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum Deposit Amount: RM30 per transaction. Maximum limit depends on the selected payment method.
• Withdrawal: Withdrawals can be made at any time once the wagering requirement has been met. Processing time ranges from 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on the method used.
• All withdrawals will be processed to the same account or wallet used for the deposit, as a fraud prevention measure.

General conditions applicable to all bonuses:

• Bonuses are only valid for use within the stated time period. Expired bonuses will be automatically cancelled.
• Each member is eligible to claim each type of bonus once only, unless otherwise stated.

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified once the game has started.
• Each game has its own minimum and maximum betting limits, displayed within the game interface.
• The use of bots, automation software, or any tool that provides an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure.

The sports betting section at mylucky offers a wide range of betting options covering various sports and international leagues. The following specific rules apply:

• All displayed odds are in the format selected by the user (decimal, fractional, or American) and are subject to change before the event begins.
• Bets confirmed before the start of a match remain valid even if the odds change afterwards.
• For pre-match betting, bets must be placed before the opening whistle. Any bet placed after the match has started will automatically be counted as live betting.
• mylucky reserves the right to decline or limit bets from any member without providing a reason, at our sole discretion.
• If a match is postponed or cancelled and not replayed within 48 hours, all related bets will be voided and stakes refunded.

If an account is closed due to a Terms violation, mylucky reserves the right to withhold the balance in an account until the investigation is complete. Valid balances will be returned once the investigation concludes and no fraud is detected.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact our support team via live chat or email. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 3 business days once all requirements have been fulfilled.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, mylucky will not be held liable for:

• Financial losses incurred as a result of game outcomes or betting, whether wins or losses.
• Service disruptions due to scheduled system maintenance or technical emergencies beyond our control.
• Indirect, consequential or special losses arising from the use of the platform, including loss of anticipated profits.
• Failure or delays caused by factors beyond the control of mylucky, including internet disruptions, third-party service provider failures or natural disasters.

The collection, processing, and storage of your personal data by mylucky governed by Privacy Policy our separate Privacy Policy. That Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and Conditions and should be read together with them.

• Collecting only the data necessary for platform operations and legal compliance.
• Not selling or disclosing your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.
• Granting you the right to access, correct or request deletion of your personal data in accordance with applicable legal provisions.
